How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Standard delivery for orders within Australia is 5-10 business days. If you’re in a hurry and need your order ASAP, our express delivery arrives within 3-5 business days. If you’re ordering from outside Australia, delivery times can vary, but are generally within 5-12 business days.  

Once you’ve made your purchase, we will send you tracking details to keep you up to date about your order. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur once your package has been delivered – so please make sure someone’s home to collect it, or it can be left in a safe place.  

We strive to process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery times. However, once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of Australia Post, and we cannot take responsibility for any delays or additional charges that may be incurred beyond postage paid. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

Our standard delivery fee for addresses within Australia is $10.00. If your order is over $120.00, no matter where in Australia you live, we’ll ship it for free! For all international orders, our delivery fee is $30.00. 

 

The clothes I ordered aren’t quite right for me. Can I return them?

We understand that buying online can be really tricky, so we have a flexible returns policy to give you peace of mind before making a purchase.  

If any of your Soar Active gear isn’t quite right, contact us at hq@soaractive.com within 30 days of purchase to arrange a refund or store credit.  

Full-priced items can be returned if:

  • They are in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached
  • They have not been worn, washed or altered in any way 

Discounted or sale items can not be returned 

We’re incredibly proud of the high quality of our products and work hard to ensure our activewear is just right in every way. In the unusual event that any item is faulty, please email us at hq@soaractive.com with a description and images of the fault and we will be happy to provide you a full refund. 

 

What is your refund process?

To refund  an item, please contact us at hq@soaractive.com and include your:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Reason for refund 

The Soar Team will respond within 24hrs to begin arranging your return.  

When returning your items, we recommend using registered post to track your items, as we are not responsible for any items which are lost or damaged in transit. Please note that customers will also be responsible for the shipping costs of returning items.   

Once we receive your item, we will process your item within 2-4 days. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account. able to make any changes to your order. However, once you have received your items, you can make any changes through our returns process.

 

I’m trying to choose what to buy someone, but can’t decide – can I get them a gift card instead?

YES! We all know that the heart wants what the heart wants, so take the heartache out of gift giving with a Soar Active gift card instead.

Can I swim in my activewear?

Our range has been designed specifically for active lifestyles. To check if your new gear is suitable for swimming, check your item’s care instructions for the  ‘Tested for Pool and Ocean’ label.

 

How do I care for my activewear?

We know that every item in our range will be played in, run in, danced in and lived in A LOT! As a result, there will probably be frequent washing (sorry parents). Although our items are made to last, there are some easy ways to help extend the life of your clothes even further:

  • Wash in a cold gentle machine wash with like colours
  • Line dry in the shade
  • Don’t bleach, soak or rub stains
  • Don’t dry clean
  • If you need to iron, use a cool iron only
