We understand that buying online can be really tricky, so we have a flexible returns policy to give you peace of mind before making a purchase.
If any of your Soar Active gear isn’t quite right, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase to arrange a refund.
Full-priced items can be returned if:
- They are in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached
- They have not been worn, washed or altered in any way
Discounted or sale items can't be returned.
We’re incredibly proud of the high quality of our products and work hard to ensure our activewear is just right in every way. In the unusual event that any item is faulty, please email us at email@example.com with a description and images of the fault and we will be happy to provide you a full refund.
To refund an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your:
- Order number
- Reason for refund
The Soar Team will respond within 24hrs to begin arranging your return.
When returning your items, we recommend using registered post to track your items, as we are not responsible for any items which are lost or damaged in transit. Please note that customers will also be responsible for the shipping costs of returning items.
Once we receive your item, we will process your item within 2-4 days. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
Once your order has been finalised and processed, we are unable to make any changes to your order. However, once you have received your items, you can make any changes through our returns process.
